All this movement reflects the strategy of the company to have a focus in investments in its technological modernization and update of its team technique.
2 - How I can get a budget for activities of R&D or for purchase of products offered by PD3?
Answer:

3 - Which the security that my company will have with the secret information supplied to the PD3?
Answer:
Initially the companies must establish NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). The PD3 has rigorous internal politics about information from its customers, where any collaborator of the company signs a term of secrecy, in order to protect the information of the customers and the company.
4 - After approved the budget of services, as develops the accompaniment and the activities between the companies?
Answer:
After the signature of the contract, the Project's managers are defined, being one by the PD3 side and another by contractor company side. During the activities all the documents, acts and definitions accorded by the Project's managers are filed in the Book of Project.
5 - How is made the conclusion of the services and what guarantees I have on the same ones?
Answer:
The services will only be given as complete, after the technical acceptance by the part of the Contractor. After the conclusion of the services, the PD3 still offers guarantee during 6 months against bugs regarding the contracted implementations. In addition, the PD3 guarantees the continuity of maintenance of the services by means of contract amendment, or specific contract for such.
