QoS

The function of the QoS (Quality of Service) is to offer to bigger guarantee and security for advanced applications, prioritizing the traffic of these applications in relation the traditional applications. In an application with QoS the packages are marked to distinguish the types of services and the routers are configured to create distinct lines for each application, in accordance with the priorities of the same ones. Thus, a band of the width of band, inside of the communication channel, is reserved so that, in the congestion case, determined types of flows of data or applications they have priority in the delivery.
